Pros
There were no pros to working at this company - remote working was nice however most companies are offering this now.
Cons
- I was constantly being micromanaged and criticized for my work without being given any kind of constructive criticism to improve - I did not have a good work/life balance - I worked overtime without being compensated in any way, and was advised by coworkers that this was just the way it was. - I felt as if this was an extremely hostile environment
