- Offices are home based so in order to be trained, you will need to go to strangers homes . - It is a small company so there will not be any space for you to grow because there is an employee who works here that believes she will soon be the new owner and gets highly insecure when someone new is being hired on. - No equipment is provided for you so you will be using your own phone/laptop. - Prepare to be micromanaged. You have to write down every single task you do in real time which takes away from putting your all into the tasks. - You are expected to juggle 3 different jobs from 3 different employees that will be assigning you tasks at the same time which can get confusing. - You will be getting paid for one thing, but will need to do accounting, booking, marketing, and admin work.
