      Pros

      The people are very knowledgeable and the company has an excellent mission. There are many opportunities to learn new skills. The benefits are good.

      Cons

      Working very long days and on weekends is the norm and the workplace becomes unhealthy if you can't keep up. Managers don't take action when employees express what they need to reach their full potential. Inefficiencies are addressed much later than they should be.

      Pros

      Exciting technology, fast paced work flow, very smart teammates. Cool access to new skills and R&D know-how. A lot of flexibility to do the type of work you want.

      Cons

      The culture lends itself to favor individuals who have insane hours. If you don’t conform to working as much as everybody else you will be singled out. Also as an engineer, this company operates more like an R&D science experiment so don’t expect the comforts of normal engineering companies (design and manufacturing standards, quality control, reasonable test plans, rational decision making).

      Will work around your commitments and life needs if they know you put in the effort. Positive and easygoing work culture. Big vision and potential for moving up.

      Cons

      Upper management is indecisive and struggles with communicating direction. Lately experiencing retention problems. Great push for team to stretch itself.
