Owners became so hands off, Never in the office, Don't see patients. No longer cared about staff. Practice is in control of unqualified upper management. Do not believe the promise of worklife balance for provider or staff. Will dock hourly staff if they forget to clock in/out.

Toxic work environment. No transparency from administration/management. Gaslighting on many levels. Providers are overworked and burnt out but owners refuse to take call or share in the patient burden. Managers and owners don’t do anything to address our concerns. No opportunities for growth or partnership. The practice is falling apart because they don’t take care of their employees. Very high turnover of staff. Mentality is very hierarchical and feels like you’re working under a dictatorship. They are obsessed and hyperfixated on patient reviews and ratings, You will get called into their office and chastised for every negative patient review. They illegally take money from your paycheck if you don’t finish your notes on time while the owners would leave their notes unlocked for months when they saw patients. They also commit massive billing fraud.
