      Generally great people and culture Flexible work schedule Ability to potentially make decent money

      Cons

      Upper management is terrible that it offsets any good aspect about this company. Greedy, inconsistent procedures, expected to do work outside of your job without compensation, and little respect from the top down.

      Some flexibility and can make ok money.

      Cons

      The management is honestly very poor. It comes from the top and works its way down. Beware, if you mess up you will get yelled at for your mistake. No real training or help.
