      Seems great at first but it’s a facade

      Some of the folks are pretty decent

      Cons

      The owners are emotionally driven and often unprofessional- make expectations for their family who work there - communication is extremely haphazard and poor- often asked to lie to customers and employees No Human Resources department so there’s no professional way to report harassments,and inappropriate behaviors.

      The owners and coworkers were lovely people.

      Cons

      If J. O is still the CFO, I would be wary when applying. The person in charge of the cash should not be the person who has total control of hiring and firing.
