Pros
Unlimited holiday, working with great developers on interesting games, savvy team, good pay, quarterly team meetups, and work from anywhere.
Cons
At the time, as I'm not sure if it's the same now, it was a small team stretched very thin. Everyone there is very talented and hard-working, but the aims of the company were very large, they were trying to compete with publishers of much larger sizes with a lot less manpower. They've had many people on the marketing size leave due to burnout. It is hard to say if it's enough to make a change, but it seems like from the outside they've hired more help.
