Cons
Lacks work ethics. Almost everyone is having big attitude. No value of talent. Only person with best yes boss tendency survives. Company never admits it's shortcomings, ready to bless employee. They hire candidates just and then provide the the job description. Most of the time you wonder, why you have been hired. They can randomly remove anyone, based on mood of top management. The decision making body is oblivious to happenings in the company. They go mostly be what they hear and not what they observe, so you may think how they decide on fate of an employee.
