Pros
They give you the tools and equipment to be successful at clients homes.
Cons
Unrealistic set times for client homes to be done. For example an hvac cleaning service with 10 vents should be done in 4 hours according to their polices. HOWEVER, this is not the case when each register is painted on and you have to single handedly have to move furniture as well.
