Pros
I learned about the water and the nanobubbles industry. Working here made me realize how people can be selfish and you have to be careful otherwise they will take advantage of your good behavior. Working here I learned you can actually fool your boss thinking you work hard if you just show up before your boss to work and play darts or you can also watch car videos on youtube until he shows up. and it doesn't matter how hard you really work and how much you care about the company, your boss is always going to try to find mistakes. I learned that your boss gossips about you with your coworkers. I learned your boss can take credit for your hard work but blames mistakes on you. If you are boss you can make up anything and everyone has to listen. Working here I learned how to play darts, which I got good at it. Working here made me love my next job. Working here made me a strong person.
Cons
This company doesn't understand what "engineers" do. They think engineers are drafters. I never understood why they hired engineers if they wanted drafter. But then I realized they don't understand what engineers do. I even dough if CTO has an engineering degree as he claims. Luckily their core technology works but lots of stupid ideas from the CTO. This company is confused with their product development and confuses employees. I think they don't understand what product development is. CTO has disrespected employees and made them cry (I have seen real tears) and then CTO says he is HR. He has thrown pens and crumpled paper on the engineer's face.
