      Pros

      Employer would provide monthly or so lunches.

      Cons

      Inconsistent payroll, keep track of all hours. Will be promised bonuses and raises for consistent and extensive overtime but will never be awarded. Expect to be laid off, day of, without notice, regardless of performance or tenure.

      -Focused on growth and learning from mistakes-> both for individuals and as a company -Rapidly growing company so a ton of opportunities to learn new skills and take on leadership roles -Collaborative environment, great coworkers

      Cons

      -Startup so alot of the structure had to be built up by staff -Priorities can change frequently depending on investor or partner needs -Still inexperienced in many areas compared to established companies.

      Underrated Company to Work For

      Pros

      The company culture is accepting, accommodating, & staff are very friendly. Most managers care about their staff's work life balance, which is really important. The company is also committed to improving as they grow & I feel like I'm able to voice my ideas to management/executives, which has resulted in real change for the admin/HR functions. I feel like my contributions are valued, which is rare to find in a lot of employers.

      Cons

      Growing companies have growing pains. There have been hiccups through my employment that have been addressed each time. Some resolutions have been faster than others.
