Great products and a great group of people, both at Black Diamond and at Molecular Rebar. I enjoyed working there and learned a lot in a short amount of time.
Cons
The board and senior leadership are still "figuring out" the structure and direction of the company. As in many startups that lack strong guiding principles, there was a tremendous amount of employee turnover and strategy change.
