Pros

Great people, know what they are doing, they have a solid sales staff that can teach you to sell.

Cons

It becomes very repetitive and the products that they typically market/sell are very difficult to gain consumer traction in today’s marketplaces.

Friendly work environment and daily motivation meetings

Cons

The job has nothing to do with event coordination. We were literally trained to sell cable subscriptions at Costco. Daily meetings were very cult-like and the sales tactics we were taught were very invasive and mildly aggressive in some cases. We were often seen as a nuisance by Costco shoppers and eventually we were permanently kicked out of multiple locations.
