Pros
Working in Sales can be extremely rewarding, personally, professionally, and especially monetarily. If you're good with people and electronics, this job is heaven! You get to help people make tough decisions in an ever changing market, find solutions for their needs, and make their lives better with every sale! At least, that's a good day.
Cons
It's a sales job. At the end of the day, you need to remember your numbers are everything. Unfortunately, in my time, I saw more and more individual numbers appear with much support from management in the way that they want to go over your numbers every day and work on what you need to fix in order to hit your personal goal for the day. So if you’re not into Sales then it can be challenging for you in the beginning but they provide training all the time so you can be prepared and be able to hit your goals too.
