Pros

They were great at feeding young eager minds a bunch of feeder words such as "entery level event coordinator" "room for growth" and "no experience required" in order to suck in as many "desperate for a career job' people as possible. It's quite sad. I was one of them

Cons

What this is is a door to door sales job. Direct TV for my "job" Upon an all day interview process, I finally leaned what my new job entailed: standing at the front of Costco selling Direct TV bundles...for 10.50 an hour! Um could this be the "Marketing" position I thought I had just secured? It's a very scary atmosphere as well.. during the first round of interviews you can hear random chanting and cheering from the sales teams which I'm posisitive they strategically place and time around new hire interviews. The group texts were the worst! JUICE is how they pump eachtoher up. It took me about 15 minutes of reading through these group messages to know that these people were absolutely INSANE, drank the KOOL-AID or sucked in as I saw the only other negative reivew had stated.

Pros

Clean office space: however it's rare to be in the office.

Cons

They sell the position as upper management; yet EVERYONE works in either Costco or another big box store. Don't focus on the title. You'll be working inside Costco.

Thanks for taking the time to give us some constructive feedback. We understand searching for a job can be a stressful and tiresome process. We definitely agree with you that we do communicate that their are opportunities for advancement into management throughout the interview process. Who wants to work for a company that isn't transparent about growth opportunities? At the same time we do post on every ad online that the position is entry level, plus it's posted on our website in the FAQ section. So we apologize that this wasn't more clearly communicated to you through the hiring process. Good luck in your continued job search. Sincerely, Momentum Advertising

First off we would like to extend our apologizes for any confusion. We believe we can always improve, so we do appreciate your feedback. We are always striving to be as upfront and direct as possible when bringing new team members aboard. Most of our job postings advertise the pay, and we do make it a point of emphasis in the interview to thoroughly discuss the pay in detail. We offer a competitive hourly wage + commission + expenses. We do make sure every team member has several days to take home and read over the compensation agreement before signing. We offer approx. 30 -35 hours a week starting off, with the opportunity for up to 44+ hours with training. The representatives are scheduled to work 12-8 P.M. weekdays, and 9:30 A.M - 6:30 P.M. weekends, with an hour for lunch. Every rep has between 1 and 3 weekdays off. Every team member is required, by law, to fill out a timesheet on daily basis, which we strictly adhere to. It's extremely important to us that we run a compliant business. Again, we do understand that we can always improve. We will continue to push to make sure every team member understands thoroughly everything they are reading, filling out, and signing so there is never any confusion. Again, thank you in helping us improve. Sincerely, Momentum Advertising
