1. Bully job environment: Executive role are meant to be bullied, top mangement intent to neglect those employee feelings.
2. All the promises are just "promise": Please, if you are top management, please know what you have told your employee before. Dont intent to pretend dont know when your are questioned by your employee.
3. The position that they offered is not what they give. They will give you so called "special" job for you and give you some job that not even fits you. But when you question the management team, they said it is some kind of training.... PUA (Psycho) kao kao.... NONSENSE AT ALL!
4. Irreasonable working hours: Yet flexible, but flexi out of the office hours, they asked you to work OT (with unpaid) and it actually does not written in agreement.
5. Micro-managing environment. Those managers are very micro-manage. Even just a small thing, they will ask how that progress was. Yes, you can ask, but not every single thing.
6. Those hierarchy of management is not clear and defined. The manager is your agreement are not the one you supposed to report. What is this nonsense?
