Pros

Swag at Summit. $80 per diem at Summit. Summit is fun.

Cons

Pretty much everything else. Leadership is the "cool club", promoting the OGs of the company while leaving the lower level employees to die on the vine. A lot of "strategy" talk and patting each other on the back. Overpromising new clients while doing a bad job of onboarding. Perfect storm. Company began with the magic of finding extremely qualified people all over the world who worked well together remotely. CEO wants to be mayor of RTO Town. Stay away if you value your sanity, your ability to move upwards, and actually have a job you can depend on 6 months from now.

Pros

Very smart, driven people work here, but they’re often overburdened or pushed out.

Cons

operates under a veneer of innovation and collaboration, but the reality is a toxic environment plagued by bullying, disrespect, and favoritism toward men. Disrespectful speech and condescending attitudes are commonplace from leadership, and are consistently brushed aside or tolerated. There’s a pattern of overselling clients beyond what’s operationally possible, leaving employees scrambling without resources or support. This practice not only jeopardizes client trust but also burns out the few people left to clean up the mess. Teams are consistently understaffed, workloads are unreasonable, and burnout is normalized rather than addressed. Feedback is always dismissed, and the culture discourages transparency or dissent. there is a blatant disregard for employee wellbeing and long-term sustainability.

Leadership Will Drain Every Ounce of You

Pros

You'll work alongside some really knowledgable people in the Amazon marketing space, and there's opportunity to make connections that'll benefit you longterm.

Cons

Burnout is the norm here, not the exception. The workload is relentless, and any sense of balance is treated like a luxury. Leadership often talks about valuing transparency and team input, but in reality, feedback gets buried or brushed aside. Surveys are taken, but nothing changes. Bonus structures and compensation promises shift constantly, with vague justifications. Don’t count on anything you aren’t guaranteed in writing—and even then, be prepared for it to change. The culture rewards being loud and visible, not necessarily being effective. If you’re more reserved, you’ll be overlooked, or worse—directly compared to flashier peers. Management has been known to make condescending comments and your value is often tied to how well you fit a specific mold rather than your actual contributions. Despite branding themselves as a people-first company, they often treat employees as disposable problem-solvers. When something breaks or business slows down, leadership looks to the team to scramble and over-deliver, rather than taking responsibility or providing support. The emotional toll is real, and wellness talk feels more like PR than practice.
