Higher ups don't try to understand therapist's point of view and will place money over the well being of their therapists. They also think that they know everything and do not take input from therapists. They say that they will, but when you bring up a concern they tell you all the ways that you are incorrect and go on thinking that they are right. They are also VERY out of touch. They discuss opening new multi million dollar buildings, but then don't pay their employees anywhere near market value for the same job at other locations. Basically telling the employees "look at these wonderful new places we are making for you to work for half of your value"

Bad communication. Bad organization. Management is only concerned about themselves and what would benefit them. They have a double standard when it comes to everyone else. Favoritism is running rampant and if you’re not part of the in crowd, you get stepped on. Not enough staff. Wayyyyyy too much gossip. The people who complain about gossip are the ones who start it. The pay sucks. You won’t ever get a raise. You’ll get told you will, it’ll be hyped up, and then your raise will be 20 cents. Benefits offered are not “competitive” as advertised. You’ll literally get better benefits anywhere else.
