      Pros

      Some great people work here, and work hard to support a global company (biggest mushroom producer in Europe with sites in Canada as well) with huge potential. A lot of talent and loyalty.

      Cons

      It's a family business and the family dynamics prevent this company from progressing to achieve its real potential! The company has achieved huge success since it started back in the '80's but now needs to move up and join the 21st century.

      Learn how NOT to run any business. Few employees who speak English are helpful

      Do not respect employees, people come and go because of office staff, many demands and little money, you feel like in a prison .
