      - The company knows nothing about ABA, otherwise, they would apply its principles to staff management - Low pay - No on-the-job training provided - Incompetent supervisors - No support is offered for completing BCBA hours

      wide range of experience, great learning of strategies to implement behavioural change models and theories, great support from a multidisciplinary team of staff, experience working with children, families, and professionals of different disciplines, amazing collaboration to support children and families, fun and fulfilling work

      Cons

      the prep time that you are given to plan and prepare for each session is not enough. Therefore, you will likely end up working quite a few extra hours that you are not paid for. Some clinicians on the teams are less involved than others, or may be too busy to respond to challenges that may come up right away.
