Toxic environment. Outdated product designed specifically to serve an underfunded and extremely niche market. Lack of oversight and direction. Extremely siloed departments. No funding and no new sales -- renewals are only source of revenue.

The CEO has never been in this industry and is still learning the ins and outs about doing business with schools. Other employees and management are straight out of the classroom or administration and are learning business practices. This company needs some experienced professionals who know how to keep this ship from sinking. No opportunities are given to grow or advance in any position. Favoritism is shown to certain employees Compensation is not up to industry standards and company has trouble paying expenses and sometimes payroll.
