      Employ freshers without any experience

      Cons

      Offer low salary, HR dept is insane. They don't know how to treat a new employee. They treat employees as a staff. They offer a minimal payment. The company 6 days working day. No govt. Holiday. And they offer shi** amount. How funny!! Totally disgusting
