There are not many pros to this employer. They have gotten rid of many of the positive employees at this credit union. How sad that it is being run by someone who does not care about the account holders - even worse, the retired CEO is still a "consultant"

Cons

The CEO. The Board. The service provided to the account holders. The level of service is so low

Pros

bonuses(sometimes), free food, company events, celebrate pagan holidays, mostly slow because it's only a few members

Cons

Worst place to work, unorganized, outdated technology compared to other credit unions, no set procedures, management team is rogue and incompetent, based on favoritism and nepotism, not comparable pay, difficult to advance

Pros

You get experience to work at a commercial bank or a more creditable credit union. Holiday party and company events are special but really for the CEO to socialize.

Cons

Hassle work environment. Nepotism and favoritism used when promoting. It is a lot of workplace drama. The majority of people have been there for five plus years so it's a tight circle. Promotions only occur when someone quits or retires.
