Pros
Everyone in the organizational structure was very professional as far as Monkey Television was concerned, which was whom I worked for. It was organized, and everyone knew what to do, and how to do it. That's not always the case with independent production companies. But since this was owned by NBC Universal, there was a protocol and there was accountability. Decent hours were kept, and there was no expectation to work beyond the usual schedule, yet we did what we needed to do to get the work done.
Cons
The office space itself was clearly temporary. So, there wasn't a feel of personal space even though we all had our own offices or areas. It looked like we were going to be there for just a few weeks because there was no decor or aesthetic at all. And with the building being old, it wasn't nice to look at inside and out. Not very important, but if there had to be a con, it would be that.
