Cool company with great people but job satisfaction varies department to department.

Pros

Beautiful office, really wonderful people and a proper start-up vibe. If you've got a good idea you can really see it through to fruition.

Cons

The internal tools are very difficult to use, the DRM department especially feel the pain from this. Entire business operates on google docs.

Friendly people, organic fruit delivery twice a week, great office location

Cons

The company relies on a workforce made up of young non-Germans that are excited to live and work in Berlin for very little money. What to expect: crazy turnover, disorganized departments, shouting.

- roof top parties were great - some nice colleagues - teaches one resilience and thick skin

Cons

- not a single manager with training, knowledge, or ideas. They are really a bumbling collection of fools. Funny to watch, but not as an employee - customer orders delayed by months - vendors lied to routinely and not paid - no career promotion possible - lower pay for female employees
