Toxic work environment

Pros

Some hard working and good people that truly care about the mission work there.

Cons

Toxic and harassing work environment pushed down from recent changes to top management, and a board of directors that absolutely do not care about or question legitimately raised claims from hard working and big hearted employees. Worst I’ve experienced in my long career. Very high turnover at all levels. And the worst part is that it is a Christian Faith-based organization that does not follow the Christian principles and values that they claim to.

Great Pay Terrible Leadership

Pros

The pay is better than what other similar jobs are paying and working with the homeless population is rewarding

Cons

The Director and his staff are the most difficult indecisive people I ever met. There would be 3 weeks of meetings to decide if a decision should be made and then 4 month's of follow up. This organization is completely bogged down in ineffective leadership. As a non profit they are totally irresponsible with funding and grants
