      Pros

      Interesting project, chance to learn some advanced technical stuff, some nice travel opportunities

      Cons

      Lack of organization sometimes, compensation is not directly correlated with work, but with experience (actually, years within company)

      Pros

      Very good Technical Exposure, Management just throws you to the client. Lots of opportunities to learn new stuff The original Bosses are very Tech savvy. knows how to treat employees well

      Cons

      Lots of family members in the company. No accountability from any one. In one project there will be 5 family members, 2 Service managers and 2 engineers( who end up doing all the job). You can only grow in the company if you are one of the family members. Compensation sucks.. They still pay their people low salaries.

      Good place to learn Java. Salaries paid on time. Paid travels for on-site visits. Stability.

      Cons

      No clear career paths. Difficult to grow. Monolithic architecture. No technical trainings or certifications sponsored by the employer. Very difficult to get salary increases. Very difficult to persuade the bosses to use new technologies. Some travel destinations are dangerous without proper security or compensations. No clear split of responsibilities. Sometimes developers performs QA and PM tasks. Lack of business knowledge due to absence of proper knowledge transfer.
