Some good people to work with. You will learn a niche skillset in marketing.

Cons

You are just a number to management. You will be lied to in the interview process. They will promise you a management position in 6-9 months, but they fail to mention that it requires 12 hour days, minimum wage, and traveling to various SAM's clubs to promote "as seen on TV" products. High turnover rate within the company, not recommended.

I am sorry to hear about your poor experience at Monumental Management Solutions! I am not sure if you are referring to our office since we do not have a location in Alabama. With that being said, if your experience was indeed within our office in Indianapolis, I do apologize for your dislike within the company. In our office we have 8 hours days with a one hour lunch break - equivalent to a 40 hour work week and offer a competitive base pay with a performance based bonus system... Not minimum wage in any way. We do work with Fortune 500 Companies and are honored to do so! We continue to grow and to gain new clients due to our excellent services and ability to increase revenue for our partners! Our turnover rate is moderate but we are understanding of this because our firm is not for everyone, and that's okay! We bring in the best candidates and push them to move up in the industry and gain more experience in the marketing and brand management world. Hello, I am so sorry to hear about your poor experience! Our firm is not for everyone and I can see that in this case, it was not a good fit for you. With that being said, I must address your claims: We are NOT a pyramid scheme in any way shape or form. We pay hourly plus bonuses and incentives. We offer competitive wages and a performance based bonus structure that gives individuals the opportunity to make even more! We do not work 365 days a year either.... Our team members work 40 hours a week with over time that is optional; not required in anyway. We strive for continuous growth within each team member both professionally and personally and are proud to work in a tight knit and dynamic team atmosphere. We have an open door policy with communicating to the Executive Branch Manager and the leaders as well. We take pride in our work ethic and our business and are sorry that it wasn't the best fit for you - it is not a scam because it wasn't a good fit, we are one of the largest brand marketing firms in Indiana because of our continuous growth and success. They will mislead you with fake job posts for fake positions, Not pay you for work you had actually done. Lie about paying you. And then badmouth you to other companies and employees
