Aside from the CTO, the leadership across other teams is some of the weakest I’ve encountered. The ‘care’ culture that’s often promoted feels largely superficial—more of a branding effort than something people actually experience. One leader, in particular, seems completely disconnected from the team’s day-to-day work, which fosters confusion and disorganization. The result is a tense, fearful environment where people don’t feel safe being honest or open.

This company has some of the most incompetent leadership I've ever encountered. They are clueless and unable to lead effectively. There’s no direction, no support, and it’s a constant toxic environment where employees are treated like expendable resources. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, this place is a dead-end.
