Politics in the firm is filled to the core 5. Management doesn't care about your life or health. All that matters to them is whether you bring in revenue to the firm by hook or crook. Even if you are in your deathbed, you will be expected to login on time. 6. Even though the firm will have all kind of available tools, you will be denied to use those and need to have some sort of authority or clearance, else you just need to do manual work. 7. After working here you will know that you've not learnt a single thing everytime it's the same training and same things are made to be done there's no job security on one fine day they wakeup and say you're fired it's pathetic work environment seniors know nothing about the subject and if you know more than them they'll put you down to show their seniority in other ways
