      Pros

      An excellent team has many opportunities for learning and growth. It is suitable for beginners. The company is actively transforming to be at the forefront of the times and has many opportunities for exposure to new technologies.

      Cons

      Poor management There is no clear system, no clear management method, and the main controller cannot solve the problem when there is happen. No overtime pay,the work is mainly to make money, must be fast, unable to achieve fine achievements in art and the team's requirements for the work are not detailed enough, the salary is open, staff are required to actively consider the budget, which is extremely unreasonable.

      Cons

      Design a neglected department in the company. The types of work are very diverse, and it is difficult to specialize in a certain technology.
