- Junior developers expected to take on far too much responsibility - Every issue raised to management resolved by "trying harder, pushing to the finish line, etc" - Developers allocated to several "full-time" projects simultaneously - Far below average pay - Predatory hiring (most staff are on Visas forcing them to accept below average pay, working conditions and overtime) - No hybrid, no WFH - Inadequate resources i.e - developers given desktop computers but expected to attend meetings, many staff using their own personal devices to attend business meetings - Emphasis on culture without any business effort to encourage a safe and enjoyable environment - The list genuinely goes on..
