      Good values but feels like work groups are pitted against each other

      Pros

      Good benefits and staff are friendly enough to your face, and is rewarding looking after the Kids.

      Cons

      Micromanaging, says one thing but means another, doesn't feel like there is room to grow independently, you need to 'fit in' and at times felt like you were not 'allowed' to make friendly with the other staff not in your deparment.

      Competitive salaries coupled with excellent Staff Benefits, including private health insurance, long service awards, refer a friend bonuses, generous annual leave plus up to an additional 5 days annual leave for long service, enhanced company sick pay, enhanced maternity pay, comprehensive training programme, modern apprenticeships.

      Cons

      There are no "Cons", it is a wonderful "community" to work in.
