Cons
Worst case of business management I've ever seen. No regard for staff welfare. Don't pay wages and show no duty of care. Awful.

The team that worked there outside of management were sound. The personal arguments that happen throughout the day from management are definitely a source of comedy/discomfort
Cons
The lies are so prolific, it would seem the boss probably believes them. Bullying tactics and sexual discrimination are the way he likes to run his business. You don’t get an open policy so you can work out what you’ve earned. Plus whatever the figure, you will be lucky if you get it. Then they close the business after not paying anyone and open Deliva Vehicle Logistics. No Ethics, morals or professionalism will be found in the management structure.
