      Flexible work location but few shifts available

      Pros

      you pick where you want to work, you get your pay early.

      Cons

      only few shifts, you are lucky if you get up to 10 shifts in a week, they can cancel your shift at the last minute without explanation. the hours in a shift are short.

      Pay isn't bad for a cleaner

      Cons

      They just don't have enough clients here in the States. No one will contact you in regards to previously mentioned. You can go weeks without getting a client. Clients can say virtually anything about you, it will result in a negative mark against you and they get a free cleaning out of it. So guess what the unscrupulous client is going to do?

      Can set your own hours! The best thing ever which makes it worth it Great HR they support you

      Cons

      If someone leaves a bad review that seems skewed or biased, you cant really change it. Not all clients are good people. Some people are hoarders.
