Unfortunately our customers dictate the skills and abilities they need to hire and ultimately make the decision to interview, extend offers, and ultimately hire talent. Furthermore, on rare occasions, our team may chase ghosts because of miss communications. (Customer internally closed a job and did not communicate that decision with the staffing vendor.)
