Years is a brilliant place to work if you enjoy being kept on your toes. The environment is fast-paced and there is always something going on, meaning no two days ever feel the same. One of the biggest highlights is the opportunity to work across multiple projects at the same time, which keeps things varied and interesting. Having come from environments where management either micromanaged every little detail or simply didn't care about you or your work, it is really refreshing to be somewhere that genuinely trusts and values what you do. You are given real autonomy to get on with things, and that makes a huge difference to how you feel turning up to work every day.

More Years (or just Years) is in its high growth phase which means its fast paced, sometimes chaotic and certainly not perfect! This environment gives so much opportunity for growth, learning and iteration. A lot of work has been done over the past 18 months or so on firming up the strategy, communication, ways or working and beginning to build a culture and mission that you can be part of.
