      Fast paced Fun bunch to work with Learning opportunities Growth potential if in head office

      Cons

      Big disconnect from head office to store level Store managers talk a big game but also don't really know what's going on in their store Bad communication No work life balance. Colleagues and managers expect you to be available 24/7. Often don't get your weekly off days, always a reason why you can't take your off days.
