Good pay once u made full time. Good benefits, 401k option package was gone. It has the potential to. E an amazing company to work for but they have a long was to go to her there

Cons

They will work you 6 12 hours days a week and possibly sundays. I worked 2nd so I never saw my family except Sunday if I wasn't sleeping

With this company you have the opportunity to know the cars before they hit the sales floor.

Cons

The pressure can be on at times to out preform the others and if you are not in with the group you may get thrown to the dogs
