Pros
1. CTO has years of experiences as product manager. He is always able to convey his requirement clearly. 2. We adopt latest open-source CI/CD tools to prevent vendor lock-in. When I was in there, we were doing IaC migration from Terraform to Crossplane.
Cons
1. Most of the peer engineers are from Vietnam. The working culture there is a bit different from Singapore working culture. Most of the time, my former colleagues are blunt or even rude.
