Solid reputation. Talented architects. Good work balance and benefits.

Cons

Some of the sector leaders are a problem. It is disheartening to watch current and potential business walk out the door due to a series of poor strategic decisions and a lack of vision. Moseley is a cautionary tale about the dangers of placing unqualified individuals in leadership positions.

Good pay and free lunches haha Easy workload at times

Cons

Stuffy work environment, dead silent in the office, Management is not in tune with the projects at all, project managers are not open to any new ideas, these people should NOT be able to design schools because they do NOT care about the student experience at all. They want to copy and paste everything from the precious projects and end up with boring bland spaces. Other architects and designers are bullies if they do not want to “deal” with you
