Pros
Always busy, building time for career advancement. Safety and honesty are always the top priority and have never been asked to violate an FAR or company SOP. The owner has told me that we would rather fess up to the FAA if we make a mistake and take our punishment than try and hide anything. Marty Moser is a man of extremely high integrity, and very smart. Cares about his employees and tries to get the best out of everyone.
Cons
Small company so schedules are not very flexible, although every effort to accommodate the needs of the pilots is made.
