Pros
Good salary and relaxed atmosphere with no more than 4 days a week working. Because of a small office environment there are no office politics.
Cons
The owner is an emigrant that doesn't understand or respects the relations between coworkers. He acts against best business practices and jeopardizes the existence of the business. He finds it difficult to understand that in USA bribes are not a way of doing business. There are no benefits working for this company with the exception of receiving a salary
