Cons
Routes can suck and we still expected to perform the same across the board. No holiday pay, no sick time, no paid parental leave. Bosses can sometimes snap and respond rudely, making people want or actually quit. They try to get you back ASAP cutting your hours saying you in the red when Amazon allows for a full 10 hr route. They can drop your route unexpectedly and can also cut your work days without notice.
