Travelling opportunities - get to travel and meet new friends and colleagues from other countries. Young and friendly non-management level colleagues who are mostly nice to get along with and work alongside. Very very good work/life balance. No need to OT at all, or at the most once or twice per year. Normally 6 p.m shut down laptop go home.

Cons

Bad upper management. Some you totally wonder how on earth they got there. They make horrible business decisions. Most of the time they are too busy backstabbing or badmouthing each other to get into the boss's good books. Most of them do not know nuts about cars too. Middle management are to busy backstabbing and badmouthing too. Also unskilled and have no idea what they are doing. HR is non-existent. No career progression unless you carry the boss's balls. Yearly KPIs do for fun. Very bad bonus/increments. Expect less than a month's bonus. Some don't even get bonus at all. Yearly increments are nonsense as well.
