Receptionist was really nice, made great coffee Good place to work if you do it ironically/are thinking about writing a sitcom about a stereotypical sleazy car dealership and need the research. If the above applies and you can be a terrible human being in order to make as much money as possible, you can actually earn quite a lot on commission.

Cons

Management, Almost insulting sales method to customers Company can't seem to adapt to people's modern buying decisions Insulting base salary Management actively believe customers are completely stupid and treat them as such

Great experience but company needs major improvements!

- got along with work colleagues

Cons

- high staff turnover - lack of training in sales team - Managers within the showroom were lovely but Directors definitely came across as bullyish.

Manager experienced and did what it takes to get deal done. Spoken to with respect which is a rarity. Good atmosphere, and varied staff

Cons

Unsupportive of working families and no flexibility on this. Reducing hours after having a baby is apparently impossible. Only cons.
