      - Good place to get some experience (especially if you are a relatively new developer and have none of it yet professionally) - Very stable company - Annual salary raises

      Cons

      - After some time, you job as a developer will get very monotonous. Most of the time the directive isn't very concerned about innovation so you end up working with the same old frameworks and maintaining old software made (poorly) by someone else. If you really want to boost you career and experience, you should seek for something more up to date after a few years.
