      Amazing manager, allowed expanding skills and giving employees room to take their own initiative.

      Cons

      Upper Management were very suffocating in their control over the store and lead to it's failure due to failure to adapt.

      It was Great Place to work until family of Dumb and Dumber forced in!

      It was the great place to work for, great product and drive to succeed

      Cons

      It all went so terribly wrong once the new CEO (owner's daughter) pushed everyone out to be a CEO, driven by personal ego and desire which reflects the outcome.
