Pros

Easy location - job is easy

Cons

The person who trained me lacked basic literacy skills. I had to advise her on how to train me. The overall culture of the office was impeccably unprofessional and gossipy. During your training they will rush you, not because they have to but because they are impatient. There is no praise even if you are doing better than expected however if you make a small mistake they will be quick to give you an attitude about it. Be wary of people who have worked there for a long time as they like to belittle you just because you are new. Overall the actual job in itself is very easy and repetitive.

Pros

Management are very supportive and helpful Great Atmosphere, the office is always buzzing Everyone is very friendly and helpful towards one another. Work colleagues always have time for you. Excellent Call Handling training provided on start of employment

Cons

Paid monthly as opposed to weekly (personal preference)
