Pros

Nice building with parking Watch discounts Free candy Good benefits 401k match Cafeteria New design space Holiday party Special office events

Cons

Unprofessional behavior tolerated Demotivating work environment: No appreciation for your contributions, high ups make all decisions and get credit for team's ideas "Management" not qualified to be managing and developing people No career path , unless you brown nose the right people Going above and beyond is not good enough Annual reviews are a joke Too many initiatives piled on the people who manage the day to day of the brands No discussions with your manager regarding salary are allowed No support Disrespect from cross-functional teams Too many formal meetings with too many people involved Change is promised but never delivered

Pros

Plenty of parking, new beautiful design space, work perks such as raffling off of suite tickets at Metlife stadium, watch discounts, awesome xmas party and raffle gifts

Cons

PDPM is a circus with no ring leader. Get paid peanuts to work like a horse. Design VP's behavior is inappropriate and its tolerated. No support or appreciation from upper management. Constant initiatives that go nowhere. No true mentors to look up to as everyone is out for themselves.

Design / PDPM departments

Pros

Watch discounts Some executives are very smart and they can teach you a lot

Cons

People in Design and PDPM departments very unmotivated and unhappy Lots of politics Talent doesn't matter as much as brown nosing. There are people who have become manager-VP in a matter of 3 years without having actual experience. What matter is "Who" you know in the club vs "What" you know. VPs in the design and pdpm departments back stab each other and people underneath them You are golden if you can spend hours and hours in a executive's office during after hours talking dirty politics and brown nosing
